Objective To investigate the operating room nursing management of nursing security risk management methods and defense mechanisms of effect.Methods Comparison of our hospital operating room nursing management of nursing security risk management defense mechanism(Study Group, June 2013 to December 2015,200 cases)and the traditional operating room nursing management (control group,in January 2011 to 2013 in May,200 cases)results.Results The study group event rate risk nursing,nursing disputes events were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05),while care satisfaction scores are significantly higher (P<0.05),while all aspects of the operating room the research group with scores higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing Security Risk Management Application of defense mechanisms in the operating room nursing management,not only can reduce the risk of event rates,while improving operating room with the quality of care.%目的：探讨手术室护理管理中应用护理安全风险管理防御机制的方法与效果。方法比较我院手术室护理管理中实施护理安全风险管理防御机制（研究组，2013年6月~2015年12月，200例）与传统手术室护理管理（对照组，2011年1月~2013年5月，200例）的效果。结果研究组护理风险事件发生率、护患纠纷事件发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05），而护理满意度评分则明显高于对照组（P<0.05），同时手术室各个方面的配合评分上研究组更高（P<0.05）。结论护理安全风险管理防御机制应用在手术室护理管理中，不仅可降低风险事件发生率，同时提高手术室护理配合质量。
