目的：探讨风险管理在精神科护理中的临床应用。方法通过制定并实施风险管理方法，将未开展风险管理的2014年护理工作相关质量与正式开展风险管理的2015年护理工作相关质量进行比较。结果实施风险管理以来，护理质量评分及住院患者对护理工作满意度均有明显提高，各类护理不良事件发生例数及发生率均明显下降，各项指标比较差异均具有统计学意义。结论在精神科护理工作中开展风险管理，可显著提高护理质量及患者满意度，有效减少护理安全不良事件的发生。%Objective To explore the clinical application of risk management in psychiatric nursing. Methods Through the development and implementation of risk management methods, will not carry out the risk management of the quality of nursing work in 2014 and the formal development of risk management in 2015 to compare the quality of nursing work. Results Since the implementation of the risk management and nursing quality score and hospitalized patients to nursing job satisfaction were significantly improved, all kinds of nursing adverse events occurred in the number of cases and the incidence rate decreased significantly, indicators to compare difference has statistical significance.
