Objective To investigate the infection control strategy of pol ution District Central disinfection supply in hospital.Methods In 2014, in order to solve the four problems existing in the contaminated area of central sterile supply:human resource is insuf icient the staf of professional skil s and work manner,bustling phenomenon, and other departments are not in place to develop targeted strategies,cor elation index comparison.Results The first quarter of 2014,the second quarter score,score higher than the theory of operation in 2013,with significant dif erence( <0.05);compared to 2013 with an average annual decline in dif erent degrees of infection rate of three before the 2014 quarter Hospital;cleaning quality in 2014 second quarter,three pass rate, wash your hands after the sample qualified rate is higher than the first quarter, with significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion Human management of sterilization and supply center has many problems,to car y out targeted improvement increased significantly the quality of work,contribute to the control of nosocomial infection.%目的探讨消毒供应中心去污区院内感染控制策略。方法于2014年，针对人员配置不足、职业技能与态度欠佳、忙乱现象、与其它科室协调不到位四大问题，制定相应针对性策略，对比相关指标。结果2014年第一季度、第二季度理论评分、操作评分高于2013年，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)；2014年前三个季度医院感染率相较于2013年均有不同程度下降；2014年第二、三季度清洗质量合格率、洗手后样品合格率高于第一季度，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心去污区管理人存在诸多问题，开展针对性改进后，工作质量显著上升，有助于控制院内感染。
