Conclusion Swal ow maneuver therapy can ef ectively improve dysphagia after stroke dysphagia score and the ability of activities of daily living.%目的探讨手法训练对卒中后吞咽障碍患者的治疗效果评价。方法治疗组及对照组各30例。入选标准：脑卒中患者均符合1996年脑血管病指南要求并同时具有吞咽功能障碍，两组患者均按脑血管病指南要求予正规药物治疗，治疗组同时给予吞咽手法训练治疗。两组在治疗前后采用吞咽功能评分(藤罗一郎)，Bathel指数分别评定吞咽功能及日常生活活动能力，评定临床疗效。结果两组治疗后观察组吞咽功能评分及Bathel指数明显优于对照组。结论吞咽手法治疗可有效改善脑卒中后吞咽障碍的吞咽评分及日常生活活动能力。
