Objective To observe the application ef ect of the philosophy of nursing evaluation of nursing in operation room of people-oriented, to sum up the nursing experience.Methods The observation group to the"people-oriented"concept to guide the operation room nursing,enrol ed 142 patients,the control group was given conventional operation room nursing,120 patients were enrol ed, cor elation index comparison.Results In the observation group,systolic blood pressure,the heart rate of intraoperative peak lower than the control group,the patients in the observation group adverse event case rate lower than the control group, patients satisfaction rate of 96.48%(137/142) higher than 84.17%(101/120) in the control group, with significant dif erence ( <0.05).Conclusion The application of the idea of"people-oriented"operation room nursing, helps to enhance nursing quality,reduce the risk of surgery,get patient reputably.%目的观察评价以人为本的护理理念在手术室护理中的应用效果，总结护理经验。方法观察组以"以人为本"理念指导手术室护理，共纳入患者142例，对照组给予常规手术室护理共纳入患者120例，对比相关指标。结果观察组收缩压、心率术中峰值低于对照组，观察组术中不良事件例次率低于对照组，患者满意率96.48%(137/142)高于对照组84.17%(101/120)，差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论应用"以人为本"理念指导手术室护理，有助于全面提升护理质量，降低手术风险，获得患者好评。
