目的探究桡骨远端骨折实施前臂Henry入路掌侧锁定板治疗的临床疗效。方法选择我院2011年8月~2013年8月收治的桡骨远端骨折患者36例，所有患者均实施前臂Henry入路掌侧锁定板治疗。结果 X线检查显示一期愈合，平均愈合时间为8w，无不良反应和并发症的出现。结论前臂Henry入路掌侧锁定板治疗桡骨远端骨折具有创伤性小，并发症少，恢复时间短等优点，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To explore the implementation of the forearm distal radius fractures Henry in the volar locking plate clinical curative ef ect of treatment.Methods From August 2011~August 2013 were 36 cases of distal radius fractures patients,al patients were implemented the forearm Henry volar locking plate into the road treatment.Results According to the results of X-ray examination showed primary healing,the average healing time was 8 weeks,no adverse reactions and the occur ence of complications.Conclusion Forearm Henry in the volar locking plate for the treatment of distal radius fractures with a smal traumatic,fewer complications,shorter recovery time etc,and is worth clinical application.
