目的探讨保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法将110例溃疡性结肠炎分为治疗组(54例)和对照组(56例)，治疗组予以口服柳氮磺胺吡啶加上保留灌肠进行治疗，对照组仅予以柳氮磺胺吡啶口服，然后对两组有效率进行比较。结果治疗组治愈率及总有效率分别为46.3%及96.3%，对照组的治愈率及总有效率分别为14.2%及51.7%，两组比较差异有统计学意义(<0.05，<0.05)。结论保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎可有效改善症状，缩短疗程，提高治愈率。%Objective To investigate the ef ects of retention enema treatment ef ect for the treatment of ulcerative colitis. Methods 110 cases of ulcerative colitis were divided into treatment group (54 cases) and control group (56 cases), treatment group with oral wil ow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine with retention enema treatment, the control group only be wil ow nitrogen sulfanilamide pyridine oral, then compares two groups of ef icient. Results The treatment group cure rate and total ef ective rate were 46.3%and 96.3%, control group cure rate and total ef ective rate was 14.2%and 51.7%respectively, are similar between the two groups have statistical significance ( < 0.05, < 0.05). Conclusion Retention enema to treat ulcerative colitis can ef ectively improve symptoms, shorten period of treatment, improve the cure rate.
