目的：探讨奥关拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果。方法对本科门诊的120例慢性胃炎患者按随机分为两组，实验组60例给予克拉霉素联合奥美拉唑治疗，对照组60例单纯给予奥美拉唑治疗，连续治疗4 w，然后观察两组治疗结果。结果对照组有效率90.0%，实验组有效率98.3%。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；结论奥美拉唑联合克拉霉素治疗慢性胃炎疗效显著，不良反应少，有临床推广意义。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of olympic closing Lazuo combined with clarithromycin in treatment of chronic gastritis. Methods to 120 patients with chronic gastritis were divided into two groups of undergraduate randomly, 60 cases in the control group were treated with omeprazole treatment, experimental group 60 patients were treated with omeprazole and clarithromycin treatment, continuous treatment to observe the therapeutic effect of two groups after 4 weeks. Results the effective rate of control group was90.0%; the effective rate in experimental group 98.3%. There was significant dif erence between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion omeprazole and clarithromycin in treatment of chronic gastritis with significant curative effect, less adverse reaction, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate is high, is worth the clinical promotion application.
