目的：探讨慢性心力衰竭患者血清中N 末端B 型脑钠肽（NT-proBNP）在诊断中的应用价值。方法选取本院近年来收治的96例慢性心衰患者作为观察组，同期社区健康体检者30例作为对照组，利用ELISA法检测两组患者血清中NT-proBNP 浓度。结果与对照组比较，观察组患者血清中 NT-proBNP 水平均显著增高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论血清中NT-proBNP 的测定对于慢性心力衰竭患者具有一定的诊断价值。%Objective: to study the serum NT - proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure diagnosis the application value. Selection Methods: our hospital treated 96 cases of patients with chronic heart failure in recent years as the observation group, the same community health check-up, 30 cases as control group, using the method of ELISA detection of two groups of NT - proBNP concentration in serum. Results: compared with control group, the observation group of patients NT - proBNP in serum levels were significantly increased, the dif erence was statistical y significant (P< 0.05). Conclusion: the determination of serum NT - proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure has certain diagnostic value.
