目的：探讨肝癌介入治疗的护理经验。方法对28例肝癌行肝动脉导管介入化疗加栓塞术前、术中、术后及并发症的护理。结果及时观察正确护理，并对其并发症的原因给予针对性的护理，可明显减少并发症的发生。结论系统有效的护理配合介入治疗可以提高治疗效果，对手术的成功和患者的康复有十分重要的意义。%Objective:To study the nursing experience of interventional therapy of liver cancer. Methods: 28 cases of hepatic artery catheter interventional chemotherapy and embolization of liver cancer preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative complications and nursing. Results: The correct nursing timely observation, and the complications of the reasons given targeted nursing, can obviously reduce the occurrence of complications. Conclusion: Ef ective nursing coordination of interventional treatment can improve the ef ect of treatment, the success of surgery and the patient's rehabilitation has the very vital significance.
