Objective:To investigate the ultrasound knife in breast cancer surgery axil ary lymph node cleaning application value. Methods:Sorting out in May 2010 to June 2013,works from using modified radical operation of breast cancer treatment of the clinical data of 66 patients,the data were retrospectively analyzed.According to the operation time wil the patients were divided into observation group and the control group,the observation group using ultrasonic knife surgery,the control group use the electric knife surgery,surgical curative ef ect in patients with two groups of comparisons and analysis. Results:The operation time for the observation group (76.2 + 14.5) min,drainage tube indwel ing time of d (6.5 + 1.9),the average hospitalization time (7.1 + 1.2)d;Operation time for the control group (128.6-11.6) min,drainage tube indwel ing time is (12.8 + 3.0)d,average hospitalization time was (13.2+ 5.1)after d,comparison between groups were statistical y significant (P<0.05). Bleeding amount of observation group was(10.6+5.3) ml,postoperative total guide flow for ml(210.9+ 21.6); Bleeding amount of control group(37.5+14.2) as ml, postoperative total flow for ml (432.7+35.8),between groups are also statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of ultrasound in breast cancer surgery axil ary lymph node cleaning knife can obtain good therapeutic ef ect and higher application value.%目的：探讨在乳腺癌手术腋窝淋巴清扫中超声刀的应用价值。方法整理出2010年5月～2013年6月入我院采用乳腺癌改良根治手术进行治疗的66例患者的临床资料，对这些资料进行回顾性分析。按手术时间将上述患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用超声刀进行手术，对照组则使用电刀进行手术，对两组患者的手术疗效进行对比和分析。结果观察组的手术时间为（76.2±14.5）min，引流管留置时间为（6.5±1.9）d，术后平均住院时间为（7.1±1.2）d；对照组的手术时间为（128.6±11.6）min，引流管留置时间为（12.8±3.0）d，术后平均住院时间为（13.2±5.1）d，组间比较均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组的术中出血量为（10.6±5.3）mL，术后总引流量为（210.9±21.6）mL；对照组术中出血量为（37.5±14.2）mL，术后总引流量为（432.7±35.8）mL，组间比较也具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在乳腺癌手术腋窝淋巴清扫中应用超声刀可获得良好的治疗效果，应用价值较高。
