Objective To explore the high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of varicocele (VC)application value. Methods a retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2011 January -2013 year in September from 54 patients were diagnosed with clinical data of patients with varicocele,as the study group before operation,al patients by high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography,and the results were recorded and analyzed,at the same time,50 healthy persons were selected as control group with high frequency ultrasound examination,analysis of two groups of patients examination results. Results the patients in study group compared with control group,the spermatic vein diameter of Valsalva during test (DV) regurgitant signal duration(TR)and maximal regurgitant velocity (Vmax)were higher, significant dif erence between the two groups,with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion the high frequency color Doppler ultrasound can clearly on the expansion of the spermatic vein to display, diagnosis rate is high,is worth popularizing in the clinic application.%目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在诊断精索静脉曲张（VC）中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院于2011年1月~2013年9月收治的54例被确诊为精索静脉曲张患者的临床资料，将其作为研究组，手术前所有患者经高频彩色多普勒超声检查，并对结果进行记录和分析，同时选取50例健康人作为对照组进行高频超声检查，对比分析两组患者的检查结果。结果研究组患者和对照组相比，Valsalva试验时的精索静脉内径（DV）、返流信号持续时间（TR）以及最大返流速度（Vmax）均更高，组间比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高频彩色多普勒超声能够非常清晰地对扩张性精索静脉加以显示，诊断率高，值得在临床上广泛推广。
