随着社会的进步，患者对医疗护理服务的要求也在不断提高，医务工作者不仅要有过硬的业务技术水平，而且要求有优质的服务态度，护理管理直接影响着患者的满意度。安全陪检工作也愈来愈成为医疗服务中的重点内容之一。根据我院2007年~2014年对患者陪检的经验累积，总结出要想保证陪检过程中患者的身体安全，保证优质服务，就必须加强患者的连续性管理，注重人性化管理和服务，以及注重细节管理，提高个人素养和综合能力，规范陪检人员的行为。%with the progress of society, patients on medical care service requirements are constantly improve, medical workers should not only have excellent professional and technical level, and require a high quality service at itude, nursing management directly influences the patients' satisfaction.
