In this paper, according to reports in the United States pharmacopoeia, the highest rate of incidence of medication errors referred as the drug delievery, majority of them caused by violation treatment principles and provisions. Nurses also play an important role in drug, medication errors in the work of this paper expounds the types, main causes and corresponding countermeasures, in order to reduce and stop the incidence of medication errors, ensure the safety of patients with medication.%据美国药典会报道，用药差错发生率以给药为最高，大多数由于违反治疗原则和规定所致。给药中护士也发挥着重要作用，本文阐述了工作中用药差错的类型、主要原因和相应对策，以期减少和杜绝工作中用药差错的发生，保障患者用药安全。
