Objective:To investigate the ef ect of integrated nursing intervention on the life quality of the patients in patients with peptic ulcer. Method:randomly selected in 2012 January to - November in our hospital 98 cases of peptic ulcer patients as the research object, according to single and double beds can be divided into the observation group and the control group of two groups of 49 cases. The implementation of the control group of basic clinical nursing, the observation group in the control group and the total nursing based on the scores of related indexes, two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: the treatment group total ef ective rate (87.76%), sleep quality score, the average daily amount of exercise (3.94 ± 0.6, 14.98 ± 2.56) was significantly higher than the control group; anxiety (35.5 ± 9.5) was significantly lower than the control group (p<0.05). Conclusion:the comprehensive nursing can ef ectively improve the clinical treatment of patients with peptic ulcer with ef iciency, reduce anxiety, improve the life quality of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.%目的：探讨综合护理干预对消化性溃疡患者实施中对患者生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2012年1月～11月于我院98例消化道溃疡患者作为研究对象，根据病床单双号将其分为观察组和对照组两组各49例。对照组实施临床基本护理，观察组在对照组基础上实施总额和护理，比较两组患者治疗前后相关指标评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率（87.76%）、睡眠质量评分、平均日常运动量（3.94±0.6、14.98±2.56）明显高于对照组；焦虑情绪（35.5±9.5）明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论综合护理能有效提升消化性溃疡患者临床治疗有效率，降低焦虑情绪，改善患者生活质量，值得推广应用。
