目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理临床带教中的运用

         

摘要

目的目标管理在耳鼻喉科护理临床带教中的作用。方法2009年9月~2013年9月到我科室实习142名同学随机分为实验组与对照组各71人,对照组采取传统模式带教,按照教学大纲要求带教;实验组采取目标管理方法带教。结果实验组的教学满意度显著对照组;在实习护生的成绩和综合能力评比上,实验组所得分数也显著高于对照组。结论目标管理式教学更能根据教学进度及学生掌握情况调整教学指导方法,教学任务更加明确,有效提高了带教的效果。%Objective Management by objectives in teaching role in clinical nursing in Department of ENT. Methods From September September to 2009~2013 in our department internship 142 students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group 71, control group adopted the traditional mode of teaching, according to the requirements of the teaching program of teaching;the experimental group adopt the target management method of teaching. Results The experimental group teaching satisfaction significantly in control group;nursing student grades and comprehensive ability evaluation, the experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group, the score. Conclusion The target management of teaching according to the teaching schedule and the students can grasp the situation to adjust the teaching methods, teaching task more clearly, to ef ectively improve the teaching ef ect.
