目的探讨妊娠期孕妇血液动力学变化特点。方法应用无创性血液循环动力学信息检测仪测定妊娠孕妇的血液动力学参数进行对照研究。结果动态观察妊娠期妇女血液动力学的变化可为妊娠高血压疾病以及FGR的早期筛查和防治开辟新的途径。结论提前预测到妊高症的发生对妊高症阳性以及FGR可疑的孕妇及时给予护理干预措施，重点加强心理护理，以达到降低妊高症及FGR的发生，避免母婴的损害起到了一定的作用，收到了较好的效果。%Objective To study the pregnancy pregnant women characteristic of hemodynamic changes.
