Objective To observe the candesartan mild-to-moderate hypertension treatment ef ect for the elderly and medication safety. Methods Select our hospital 80 cases of patients with mild-to-moderate hypertension as the research object, according to the dif erent methods of treatment were divided into 2 groups, the treatment group treated candesartan ester, the control line of captopril treatment. Before and after treatment for the patient's blood pressure monitoring, if patients with diastolic blood pressure above 90 MMHG. Is to double the dose of drug, treatment in February. Results Two groups of patients after treatment al fal blood pressure, rate of treatment group decreased 90%than the control group 71% more significant ef ect. Conclusion Candesartan elderly mild-to-moderate hypertension ef ect is remarkable, and safe without side ef ects, worthy of clinical promotion use.%目的观察坎地沙坦对老年轻中度原发性高血压的治疗效果及用药安全性。方法选取我院收治的80例轻中度高血压病患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同分为两组，治疗组行坎地沙坦酯治疗，对照组行卡托普利治疗。治疗前后对患者的血压进行监测，若患者舒张压在90mmHg以上。则给予药物剂量加倍，共治疗2个月。结果两组患者治疗后血压均出现下降，治疗组下降率90%相比对照组71%效果更显著。结论坎地沙坦酯治疗老年轻中度高血压病效果显著，同时安全无副作用，值得临床推广使用。
