目的探讨穴位止疼贴与芬太尼透皮贴的对比。方法选取我院2012年4月~2013年11月间收治的900例晚期肿瘤患者，将其随机分为两组，观察组800例，采用穴位止疼贴治疗，对照组100例，采用芬太尼透皮贴治疗，对比两组患者的疼痛治疗过效果。结果观察组800例患者中，完全止痛650例，疼痛缓解100例，止痛效果不明显50例。治疗有效率为93.75豫。对照组100例患者中，疼痛缓解93例，5例无效，2例因呕吐拒绝续用，治疗有效率为93豫，差异显著有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论本医院自制的穴位止疼贴疗效显著，副作用小，能够有效缓解患者的疼痛，值得在临床上推广应用。%Objective To investigate the acupoint pain compared with fentanyl transdermal patch. Methods 900 cases of advanced cancer patients in our hospital from 2012 April to 2013 November were treated in the hospital, and were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group of 800 cases, by point pain therapy, 100 cases in the control group, use of transdermal fentanyl in the treatment, compared two groups of patients with pain treatment ef ect. Results In the observation group, 800 patients, 650 cases of complete pain relief, relief of pain in 100 cases, 50 cases had no pain relieving ef ect. The ef ective rate of treatment was 93.75%. A control group of 100 patients, relief of pain in 93 cases, 5 cases invalid, 2 cases because of vomiting refused to continue, the ef ective rate of treatment was 93%, significant dif erence was statistical y significant ( <0.05). Conclusion The hospital made acupoint pain with significant curative ef ect, lit le side ef ect, can ef ectively al eviate the pain of patients, worthy of clinical application.
