在优质护理病房实行APN排班的体会

         

摘要

目的探讨在优质护理病房实行APN排班模式的可行性。方法改革传统排班,根据学历、职称、工作能力的不同,将科室护理人员合理搭配后实施APN排班模式,为患者提供连续的整体服务。结果APN排班模式减少了交接班次数,实现了护士双班制值班,保障了护理安全,做到让患者满意、护士满意、医生满意。结论APN排班模式是可行的,使护理人力资源使用更加合理,而且实现了科室护士的分层级管理,有助于优质护理服务工作的推进。%Objective To investigate the feasibility of the implementation of quality care ward APN scheduling model. Methods Reform the traditional scheduling methods, depending on education, job title, ability to work, the department wil implement APN scheduling nurses with a reasonable model for the patient to provide continuous service as a whole. Results APN scheduling mode reduces shift times to achieve a double-shift nurse on duty to ensure the safety of care, so that patient satisfaction, nurse satisfaction, physician satisfaction. Conclusion APN scheduling model is feasible to make nursing a more rational use of human resources, but also to achieve a hierarchical management department nurses to help promote quality care work.
