目的：研究心理护理在青光眼护理应用方面的价值。方法选取我院2012年1月~12月收取的青光眼患者126例进行分析，按照其护理方法分为观察组和对照组，每组63例，观察组在进行常规护理的同时采用心理护理，而对照组只采用常规护理，在护理2w后，观察两组患者的病情治疗效果及心理状况。结果观察组的治愈率为93.65%，对照组的治愈率为79.37%，观察组的治愈率高于对照组的治愈率，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组患者面对病情的心理素质要明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），且能够积极配合护理人员进行治疗。结论心理护理在青光眼护理中起到很大的积极作用，能使患者积极配合治疗工作，有利于患者的身心恢复，值得在护理实践中大力推广。%Objective To study the value of psychological nursing in glaucoma care applications.Methods Glaucoma patients in our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 December to col ect of 126 cases were analysed,according to the nursing method is divided into the observation group and the control group,63 cases in each group,the observation group used psychologic nursing care in routine care at the same time,while the control group only received routine nursing care,in 2 weeks of nursing, observation of the two groups the patient treatment and psychological status. Results In the observation group,the cure rate was 93.65%,the cure rate was 79.37% in control group,the observation group cure rate higher than the cure rate of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05).The observation group patients face disease psychological quality is much bet er than the control group (P<0.05),and to actively cooperate with the treatment of nurses.Conclusion Psychological nursing plays a positive role in glaucoma in great care,can make patients actively cooperate with the treatment,eliminate disease treatment process of tension,anxiety and other negative emotions,is beneficial to the recovery of the patient's body and mind,and it is worth popularizing in nursing practice.
