目的：探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦治疗高血压伴左心室肥厚的疗效。方法选取血脂正常的原发性高血压患者100例,按随机数字表法随机分成对照组50例，治疗组50例。对照组口服缬沙坦80mg，1次/d，2w后，如果收缩压≥140mmHg或舒张压≥90mmHg，则增加至160mg，1次/d。治疗组联用阿托伐他汀钙20mg,每晚1次。两组均随访治疗1年。结果两组治疗前、后血压比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但两组间治疗后血压比较,差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗前、后左心室重量指数比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论阿托伐他汀钙联合缬沙坦治疗高血压伴左心室肥厚疗效确切，值得临床推广。%Objective To study the atorvastatin calcium in combination with valsartan treatment the curative ef ect of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods Blood lipids of 100 cases of patients with essential hypertension,selected by random number table method 50 cases randomly divided into control group, treatment group 50 cases.The control group oral valsartan 80 mg, 1/d, after 2 weeks,if 140 mmHg or diastolic systolic blood pressure or greater acuity 90 mmHg,rose to 160 mg,1/d.Treatment group with atorvastatin 20 mg calcium,once every night.In the two groups were fol owed for 1 year treatment.Results Compared the two groups before and after treatment of blood pressure,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05),but blood pressure after treatment between two groups,there was no statistical y significant dif erence (P>0.05).The two groups before treatment and after left ventricular mass index comparison,the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium in combination with valsartan treatment of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy curative ef ect,worth clinical promotion.
