目的观察分析甲激光联合环利软膏治疗甲藓的临床疗效。方法选择2013年1月~2014年1月于本院进行治疗的甲藓患者50例，共有病甲78个，将以上患者随机分成对照组和治疗组两组，对照组采取单纯外用环利软膏治疗，而治疗组使用YAG激光联合环利软膏法进行治疗，观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果对照组经单纯外用环利软膏治疗后痊总有效率44.74%，显著低于激光治疗联合药物治疗后的总有效率75.00%，差异具有统计学意义（<0.05）；治疗组的真菌清除率87.50%，明显高于对照组真菌清除率52.63%，差异具有统计学意义（<0.05）。结论甲激光联合环利软膏治疗甲癣疗效显著，治疗后患者治愈的总有效率及真菌清除率均较高。%Objective To observe and analyze the clinical ef icacy of laser combined with Huanli ointment in the treatment of onychomycosis.Methods 50 patients with onychomycosis treated in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Jan 2014 were selected as the study objects,there were 78 disease nails,and divided these patients into control group and treatment group,the control group was treated by external use the ointment only,the treatment group was treated by laser combined with Huanli ointment, treatment efficacy of two groups were observed.Results After treated by external use the ointment only, the total effective rate of control group was 44.74%,which was significantly lower than treatment group (75.00%),dif erence between two groups was statistically significant ( <0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of onychomycosis,laser combined with Huanli ointment has obvious ef icacy,with higher total ef ective rate and clearance rate for fungi.
