目的：探讨加味生化汤在药物流产后阴道流血治疗中的应用价值。方法将符合标准的260例患者随机分为观察组130例,对照组130例,观察组采用加味生化汤治疗,对照组采用口服益母草颗粒治疗。结果观察组治愈率82.43%,总有效率94.62%；对照组治愈率65.38%,总有效率87.69%,经统计学处理,<0.01,两组有显著性差异,观察组明显优于对照组,且无不良反应。结论加味生化汤治疗药物流产后阴道流血具有方便、安全、高效等优点,是值得推广的一种治疗方法。%Objective To study the biochemical soup flavored application value in the treatment of vaginal bleeding after medical abortion.
