目的：采用复血栓通注射淮治疗早中期糖尿病肾病患者，观察和分析其对患者ACR和肝功能及血脂代谢的影响。方法选择我院所收治的30例早中期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象。并采用血栓通注射液治疗，观察和比较治疗前后患者ACR、肝功能及血脂代谢情况。结果治疗后，患者ACR出现明显下降(<0.05)；此外，患者肝肾功能及血脂指标均发生明显变化(<0.05)。结论临床采用血栓通注射液治疗早中期糖尿病肾病患者，其可有效改善患者临床各项指标，促进患者康复。%Objective Using xueshuantong Injection treatment of early metaphase diabetic nephropathy patients, observation and analysis of the ACR on the patients and the influence of liver function and blood lipid metabolism.Methods Choose me institutes mid treated 30 cases of early diabetic nephropathy patients as the research object,and USES xueshuantong Injection treatment, observed and compared before and after treatment the patient ACR, liver function and blood lipid metabolism.Results ACR after treatment, patients significantly decreased ( <0.05);In addition, patients with liver and kidney function and blood lipids index were altered obviously (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical use compound thrombosis early metaphase diabetic nephropathy patients treated, it can ef ectively improve patient clinical indicators, promote patients recover.
