目的：探讨透明帽加置内镜前端应用于Barrett食管内镜下氩离子束凝固术(APC)治疗的效果及价值。方法 Barrett食管内镜下APC治疗196例，内镜前端加用透明帽后APC治疗组患者54例，未使用透明帽直接APC治疗组患者142例。两组对照观察治疗时间、凝固次数、并发症发生。结果使用透明帽组治疗时间明显缩短，凝固次数减少，并发症发生减少。结论 Barrett食管APC治疗过程中于内镜前端加置透明帽可缩短治疗时间，减少氩离子束凝固次数，减少穿孔发生。%Objective Transparent cap add buy endoscopic front-end applied to Barret esophagus endoscopic treatment of APC. Methods Barret esophagus endoscopic treatment of 196 cases of APC, endoscopic front-end added with transparent cap after treatment group of 54 patients with APC, not directly use the transparent cap treatment group, 142 cases of patients with APC. Two control group to observe the treatment time, number of solidification and complications. Results The use of transparent cap group significantly shorten the treatment time, dropped the solidification and reduce complications.Conclusion Barret esophageal APC treatment process on the front end of the endoscope combined with transparent cap can shorten treatment time, reduce the argon ion beam solidification times, reduce perforation.
