目的：比较评价翼状胬肉两种手术方式的临床疗效。方法选取原发性翼状胬肉81例(98眼),随机分为两组,A组行翼状胬肉切除联合生物羊膜移植术,B组行翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术；比较评价两种术式术后复发率、视力提高率以及眼部刺激症状缓解率。结果 A组术后视力提高两行以上者11眼,B组术后视力提高两行以上者13眼,两组比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05)；A组术后眼部刺激症状缓解者30眼,B组术后眼部刺激症状缓解者33眼,两组比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05)；A组术后复发3眼,B组术后复发3眼,两组比较差异无统计学意义(>0.05)。结论两种手术方式均可有效降低翼状胬肉手术后复发率,一定程度提高患者视力及缓解眼部刺激症状,均是值得提倡和推广的手术方式。%Objective To compare and evaluate the clinical ef ect of two kinds of pterygium surgery. Methods 81 patients (98 cases) with primary pterygium were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group A did pterygium excision combined with amnion transplantation;Patients in group B did pterygium excision combined with limbal stem celltransplantation. The recurrence rate , the visual improved rate and the remission rate of eye irritation were evaluated in the patients after surgery. Results Vision of 11 cases in group A improved while 13 cases in group B improved, the dif erence was not significant (P>0.05).The eye irritation of 30 cases in group A relieved while 33 cases in group B relieved,the dif erence was not significant (P>0.05).3 cases in group A and group B recured,the dif erence was not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Both kinds of pterygium surgery are worthy advocate and promote surgery,both can reduce the recurrence rate, improve vision and relieve eye irritation.
