Constructivism is now widely used in western education. Constructivism concerns that students is the key point,emphasizes that the students' active search for knowledge, active discovery and significance of the active construction of knowledge,which is much dif erent from the traditional form of education. Instrument Analysis is now the mainstay of Analysis Chemistry. To meet the requirement of modern society for "Instrument Analysis" ,after analyzing the characteristics and the application situation of Instrument Analysis , we made some innovation and exploration in teaching contents,teaching methods and teaching ideas.%建构主义理论是在西方教育中应用比较广泛的理论。建构理论提出在教育中以学生为中心，强调学生对知识的主动探索、主动发现和对所学知识意义的主动建构，这与传统教学中单纯地由教师把知识传授给给学生有着根本区别。仪器分析在当前已经成为了分析化学的重要支柱。为了满足现代社会对于仪器分析学科的要求，在分析了《仪器分析》课程特点及教学现状的基础上，我们通过建构理论与仪器分析实验教学相结合，在教学内容、教学方法和教学思路等方面进行了一些创新和探索，取得了显著的教学效果。
