Objective To study the occurrence of cardiac arrhythmia after artificial cardiac pacemaker double helixelectrode implantation and its influencing factor. Methods Patients received artificial cardiac helixelectrode implantation in our hospital were enrolled, occurrence of cardiac arrhythmia were fol owed up and influencing factor were analyzed. Results The incidence of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with dif erent age, cardiac function before treatment, psychological factors, such ascardiac function were dif erent; old age, anxiety and depression were risk factors of arrhythmia, hige LVEDD and LVEF were protective factors of arrhythmia. Conclusion Occurrence of cardiac arrhythmia after artificial cardiac pacemaker double helixelectrode implantation is af ected by many factors, patients with old age, poor heart function, anxiety and depression should be paid more at ention.%目的研究人工心脏起搏器双螺旋电极植入后心律失常的发生情况及影响因素。方法将接受人工心脏起搏器双螺旋电极植入的患者纳入研究,随访心律失常发生情况并分析影响因素。结果不同年龄、治疗前心功能、心理因素等患者心律失常的发生率有差异；高龄、存在焦虑和抑郁情绪是发生心律失常的危险因素,LVEDD和LVEF高是发生心律失常的保护因素。结论人工心脏起搏器双螺旋电极植入后心律失常的发生受到多种因素的影响,针对高龄、心功能不佳、存在焦虑和抑郁情绪的患者应更加重视。
