目的：分析美托洛尔与胺碘酮长期联合应用治疗心房纤颤的临床效果及安全性，为后期临床治疗提供参考。方法选取我院2011年1月~2013年1月我院门诊收入的90例心房纤颤患者作为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为研究组与对照组，每组各45例。对照组患者给予胺碘酮治疗，研究组患者在对照组基础上给予美托洛尔治疗。观察两组患者经治疗后的一般情况。结果两组患者经治疗后的临床总有效率及治疗后的 LVEF、左心房内径比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者不良反应比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论美托洛尔联合胺碘酮应用于临床心房颤动治疗，疗效显著，可明显改善患者临床症状，不良反应低，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To analyze the clinical ef ects of metoprolol and amiodarone combination of long-term safety of the treatment of atrial fibril ation and provide reference for late-stage clinical treatment. Methods Hospital during January 2011 January 2013 90 cases of atrial fibril ation patients in our hospital revenue as research subjects, divided according to the dif erent treatment of the study group and the control group , 45 cases in each group . In the control group were treated with amiodarone therapy , the study group were treated with metoprolol treatment in the control group basis. Were observed after treatment in general . Results The clinical groups of patients after treatment of the total ef iciency and after treatment LVEF , left atrial diameter , the dif erence was statistical y significant (P<0.05);two adverse reactions in patients , the dif erence was not statistical y significant (P>0.05 ) . Conclusion Metoprolol and amiodarone used in clinical treatment of atrial fibril ation , a significant ef ect , can significantly improve the clinical symptoms , low adverse reactions , worthy of clinical application.
