This paper first describes the concept and the kind of high-risk drugs, fol owed by analysis of the hospital pharmacy management problems in high-risk drugs, meanwhile, combined with the author's many years of experience, high-risk drugs on pharmacy management and drug safety measures car ied out in-depth discussion, concluded:hospitals can reduce the risk by strengthening management to high-risk drug use pharmacy maximum extent to ensure the safety of medication.%高危药品包括肌肉松弛剂、高浓度电解质制剂、细胞毒化药物等在内的会对人体会产生危害的药品。高危药品如果使用不当，很容易会伤害到患者的身体，甚至还会使得患者死亡。本文首先阐述了高危药品概念与种类，其次，分析了医院西药房高危药品管理存在的问题，同时，结合笔者多年的工作经验，就西药房高危药品的管理与用药安全措施展开了深入的探讨，得出结论：医院可以通过加强管理来在最大程度上降低使用西药房高危药品的风险，确保安全用药。
