本文介绍青原区疾控预防接种门诊规范化建设现状，分析预防接种门诊工作中的好和差两方面情况，好的方面是制度较为健全、接种环境改善，差的方面是工作积极性不高、有差错操作。防接种门诊工作满意度提升专项工作中，强化制度、规范的辅助性工作，提出了切近实际的多项措施，取得接种率提高到90%以上、差错率明显降低和满意度评议中达到80%等良好成绩。%This article introduced QingYuan district CDC vaccination outpatient service standardization construction situation, analysis of vaccination outpatient service work in both good and bad, good is system more perfect, the inoculation environment improvement, is of poor work enthusiasm is not high, proposed the present practical measures, obtain coverage to 90%above, significantly lower er or rate and satisfaction evaluation, such as 80%of good results.
