Objective To explore the nursing operation in the treatment of diabetic foot VSD negative pressure drainage. Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2012 January-2014 year in June were treated in the treatment of diabetic foot patients 2l. Results Continuous negative pressure drainage is a ful range of drainage treatment, a drainage tube is not easy to be blocked, the advantages of convenient operation, simple. Conclusion Continuous negative pressure drainage for diabetic foot wound drainage ef ect is good, faster wound healing.%目的探索VSD负压引流术治疗糖尿病足的护理。方法回顾性分析我院2012年1月~2014年6月共收治的治糖尿病足患者2l例。结果持续负压吸引引流是种全方位引流方法治疗，具有引流管不容易被堵塞，操作方便、简单易行等优点。结论持续负压吸引引流对于糖尿病足创面引流效果好，创面愈合快。
