目的观察急性脑梗塞患者应用尿激酶治疗的效果。方法将108例急性脑梗塞患者随机分为溶栓组与对照组，每组54例。对照组给予注射用血栓通、胞二磷胆碱注射液、低分子肝素钙注射液作为基础治疗方案。溶栓组在基础治疗上给予尿激酶静脉强化溶栓效果。结果溶栓组患者在神经功能体征改善程度上明显高于对照组。两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗塞越是早期应用尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗效果显著。%Objective To observe the application of urokinase in patients with acute cerebral infarction treatment ef ect. Methods 108 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into thrombolysis group and control group, 54 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Xueshuantong injection, compatriot two phosphorus choline injection, Low Molecular Weight Heparin Calcium Injection as the foundation treatment scheme. Thrombolytic therapy group were given intensive thrombolytic ef icacy of urokinase vein in foundation treatment. Results The thrombolytic group in patients with signs of nerve function improvement degree was higher than that of control group. There was significant dif erence between two groups ( <0.05). Conclusion Acute cerebral infarction more is the early application of urokinase venous thrombolysis therapy ef ect is remarkable.
