目的：：探究亲子式护理对孤残婴幼儿身心发育的影响。方法：将36例0~30个月孤残婴幼儿进行匹配，分为干预组和对照组，每组各18例。干预组孤残婴幼儿给予亲子式护理；对照组孤残婴幼儿给予集体护理。经过6个月的干预，对比两组孤残婴幼儿在体格发育、心理发展和运动发展方面的变化。结果：干预组孤残婴幼儿在体格发育、心理发展和运动发展方面的生长发育变化均优于对照组。结论：亲子式护理方式较集体护理方式更有利于孤残婴幼儿的身心发育。%Objective:To study the influence of parental nursing on physical and mental development of the abandoned infants and toddlers. Methods:36 cases (0-30 months old) were matched into two groups. The intervention group was given six-month pa-rental nursing, while the control one was given group nursing. After the nursing, the data of physical, mental and exercise changes of the two groups were collected and compared. Results:The physical and psychomotor development of intervention group was better than those of control group. Conclusions:Parental nursing contributed more to physical and psychological development of the abandoned in-fants and toddlers.
