Objective: To explore mental health of Human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV) infectors and their sex partners. Methods:Thirty-four HIV infectors and their partners had been recruited and their mental health was evaluated with SCL-90. The to-tal scores, total average scores and factors scores of SCL-90 among HIV infectors, their sex partners and national norm were com-pared, separately. Results:The total scores, total average scores and factors scores of SCL-90 of both of HIV and their sex partners were significantly higher than nation norm ( all P<0. 01). Compared with HIV infectors, the sex partners demonstrated higher somatic scores of SCL-90 (t=-2. 98, P=0. 004);however, there were no significant differences in the interpersonal (t=1. 99, P=0. 053) and psychotic (t=1. 28, P=0. 237) scores of SCL-90 among HIV infectors and their sex partners. Conclusions:The mental health of HIV infectors has been widely injured;moreover, their mental damage demonstrates an obvious somatic discomfort.%目的：：调查人类免疫缺陷病毒( HIV)感染者及性伴侣的心理健康状况。方法：选择HIV感染者34例及其固定性伴侣,采用SCL-90评估心理健康；分别比较HIV感染者与其固定性伴侣、全国常模组间SCL-90总分、总均分、各因子均分的差异。结果：34对HIV感染者及其固定性伴侣SCL-90总分、总均分及各因子均分均高于我国常模水平(P均<0.01)；固定性伴侣较HIV感染者表现出更高的躯体化因子分(t=-2.98,P=0.004)；HIV感染者及其固定性伴侣间未表现出有统计学意义的人际关系因子分(t=1.99,P=0.053)、精神病性因子分差异(t=1.28,P=0.237)。结论：HIV感染高危人群存在广泛的心理健康损害,且具有更严重的躯体化倾向。
