Objective: To explore application effects of management by wandering around. Methods: The management by wandering around was applied in various elements of hospital nursing management. Results:Through the management by wandering a_round and its effects, the affection between the colleague, the efficiency of nursing work, and the development of the nursing profession were improved. Conclusions:The effects of the management by wandering around is obvious, and it is worthy of promotion.%目的：：尝试走动式管理的应用效果。方法：将走动式管理应用于医院护理管理的各个要素之中。结果：通过走动式管理及其由此产生的管理效果，增进了同事间的感情交流，提高了护理工作的效率，促进了护理专业的发展。结论：医院护理部采用走动式管理模式成效显著，应该大力推广。
