Objective: To observe image features of high field MRI in superacute/ acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The MRI image features of 53 cases with cerebral hemorrhage diagnosed by 1. 5T MRI were retrospectively analyzed. Results: In 53 cases with cerebral hemorrhage, T1WI, T2WI and DWI images showed low or high-low mixed signal. The characteristic signal (T1WI-low, T2WI and DWI-high) surrounding the hematoma had a high occurrence rate. Conclusions: Superacute and acute cerebral hemorrhage could be effectively diagnosed by 1. 5T high field MRI.%目的::观察超急性期与急性期脑出血的磁共振影像特点。方法:对53例经1.5T 高场强磁 MRI 诊断为脑出血患者进行回顾性分析。结果:53例脑出血患者的 T1WI、T2WI、DWI 上表现为低或高低混杂信号,血肿周边特异性信号(T1WI 为低信号,T2WI、DWI 上为高信号)出现率较高。结论:1.5T 高场强 MRI 是诊断超急性期与急性期脑出血患者的有效手段。
