基于同伴教育的2型糖尿病患者心理护理研究

         

摘要

Objective:To study a psychological intervention mode for type 2 diabetic patients by peer education. Methods:60 type 2 diabetic patients were divided into intervention group (n=30) and control group (n=30) randomly. The control group received conventional health education, while the intervention group was given peer education for 3 months. After three months, the scores of self-management ability, emotional status ( SAS, SDS) and HbA1c were statistically calculated, and the efficacies were evaluated. Results:After peer education intervention, the scores of self-management ability, emotional status (SAS, SDS) and HbA1c were sta-tistically different between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusions: Peer education can reduce the psychological pressure of the pa-tients effectively, and has a positive influence on the improvement of the mental state.%目的::研究探讨同伴教育在2型糖尿病患者中的心理护理干预。方法:将60例2型糖尿病患者随机分成对照组和干预组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用传统的健康教育;干预组患者接受为期3个月的同伴教育。干预后,从患者自我管理能力、情绪状态( SAS、SDS)和HbA1c 3方面计算统计,并进行效果评价。结果:同伴教育干预后,患者自我管理能力、情绪状态、HbA1c的变化趋势差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:同伴教育能有效减轻患者心理压力,对提高心理状态有着积极的促进作用。
