Objective:To evaluate nursing intervention and effect evaluation of long-term nasal feeding on common complica-tions for senile dementia patients. Methods:39 cases with the long-term nasal feeding were intervened and the common complications were statistically analyzed. Moreover, the intervention effects were evaluated. Results: The common problems of the long-term nasal feeding senile dementia patients in bed could be effectively controlled by the nursing intervention. Conclusions: The incidence of the complications of the long-term nasal feeding in bed is higher, therefore the targeted preventive nursing measures should be implemen-ted to effectively reduce the occurrence of thses complications.%目的：探讨老年痴呆卧床患者长期鼻饲常见并发症的护理干预措施和效果评价。方法：调查分析39例长期鼻饲卧床的老年痴呆患者出现的常见问题分析原因进行护理干预，并对于干预进行效果评价。结果：老年痴呆长期鼻饲患者通过护理干预出现的常见问题可以得到有效控制。结论：老年痴呆卧床患者长期鼻饲患者并发症发生率较高，实施有针对性的预防护理措施，可以有效的减少其并发症的发生。
