268例荣复精神病患者胸部数字摄影与普通胸部平片的 X线对比分析

         

摘要

目的:对胸部数字化摄影与普通胸部平片影像质量进行综合对比分析,探讨其成像质量在人胸部正常解剖结构及病理改变方面的显示区别。方法:选取268例荣复精神病住院患者的胸部影像资料,6个月内均有以上两种检查资料。对比分析视觉质量评价及统计胸部正常解剖结构和病理解剖结构的显示率。结果:数字化摄影甲级片率94%,无废片;普通胸部平片甲级片率48.6%,废片率2.2%。影像诊断质量方面,胸部数字摄影能清晰显示肺门、气管隆突、胸椎、胸壁软组织层次等胸部正常解剖级结构;肺内实质性病变、肺纹理细节追踪、胸膜病变、胸腔病变、肋骨病变、纵隔病变、钙化、胸壁软组织等病变均能较好显示;普通胸部平片在气管隆突、胸椎、胸壁软组织层次等胸部正常解剖级结构方面显示欠清晰;对心影遮盖的肺组织及膈、腹肌遮盖的肋骨显示不清晰。结论:胸部数字化摄影比普通胸部平片影像质量好且辐射量小,提高了工作效率,具有良好的发展前景。%Objective:To comprehensively compare and analyze the image quality of chest digital photography and ordinary chest radiography, and investigate the difference of the image quality in showing the normal anatomy of the chest structure and patholog-ic changes. Methods:The chest image data of 268 disabled and demobilized soldiers with mental disorders were selected ( two exami-nation data if within six months) . Then, the image quality was comparatively analyzed and evaluated, and the showing rates of chest normal anatomy and pathological anatomy were statistically analyzed. Results:The A piece rate of digital photography was 94%, and no waste film;whereas that of ordinary chest radiography was 48. 6% and rejection rate was 2. 2%. For the diagnostic imaging quality, digital photography could clearly show the chest normal anatomy like the lung hilum, carina of trachea, thoracic vertebra, soft tissue hi-erarchical structure of the breast wall, and the pathologic changes like pulmonary parenchymal disease, lung markings detail tracking, pleural disease, thoracic cavity disease, rib lesions, mediastinum lesions, calcification, and soft tissue lesions of the breast wall;whereas, ordinary chest radiography could not clearly show the chest normal anatomy like carina of trachea, thoracic vertebra, soft tis-sue hierarchical structure of the breast wall and the pathologic changes like lung tissues covered by heart shadow and ribs covered by di-aphragm and abdominal muscle. Conclusions: Chest digital photography is better than ordinary chest radiography with a good image quality and a small amount of radiation, can improve work efficiency, and has good development prospects.
