Follistatin like protein 1 ( FSTL1 ) is an extracellular glycoprotein , which belongs to SPARC family of proteins.It appears to play roles in the regulation of cell prolifertion ,apoptosis,metabolism,differentiation,and immune response etc.In recent years,FSTL1 has been extensively studied in inflammatory diseases ,tumors,cardiovascular diseases and autoimmune diseases ,especially in cancer and inflammation ,which has a close relationship with the tumor malignant degree and inflammation degree .Therefore,FSTL1 can be an important molecular target in the diagnosis and treatment of tumors and inflammation related diseases ,however,the function of FSTL1 is not completely understood in the occurrence , development and prognosis of the diseases ,and the targeting of FSTL1 to treat the diseases will become a hotspot in the field.%卵泡抑素样蛋白1(FSTL1)是一种细胞外糖蛋白,是属于富含半胱氨酸的酸性分泌蛋白家族成员之一,FSTL1具有调控细胞增殖、凋亡、代谢、分化以及免疫反应等多种生物学重要功能.FSTL1在炎症性疾病、肿瘤、心血管疾病、自身免疫性疾病等方面均有大量研究,尤其是肿瘤及炎症等方面.它与肿瘤的恶性程度以及炎症疾病中的炎症程度密切相关,可以作为肿瘤及相关炎症疾病诊断以及治疗的一个重要分子标志物,但其在疾病的发生、发展以及预后的具体作用机制仍不清楚,以FSTL1为靶点治疗临床疾病将成为研究热点.
