肺动脉高压是指肺动脉压力升高超过一定界值并导致右心功能衰竭的综合征,右心功能决定了肺动脉高压患者病情的严重程度、生存状况及预后.右心形态结构、容量变化及功能在心血管及呼吸系统疾病的治疗及预后评估中起重要作用,它能为肺动脉高压等多种心肺系统疾病的诊疗提供重要信息,所以早期发现肺动脉高压在患者的诊断、治疗及预后中起重要作用.虽然导管测压是金标准,但是超声是无创的评估肺动脉高压的重要手段,尤其是随着超声新技术的发展,如实时三维超声技术和应变,能直观地显示右心的解剖结构及功能,可以很好地定性和定量地评价肺动脉高压患者的右心功能.%Pulmonary hypertension refers to the pulmonary arterial pressure exceeding a certain threshold and leading to right heart failure syndrome, and the right heart function determines the severity of pulmonary hypertension patients, survival and prognosis. Right ventricular morphology and structure, capacity changes and functions play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment in the heart vascular and respiratory disease treatment and prognosis evaluation of pulmonary heart disease and many other cardiopulmonary diseases,providing important information, so the early detection of pulmonary hypertension, the patient's diagnosis, treatment and prognosis are very important. Although catheter manometry is the gold standard, ultrasound is a noninvasive means of evaluating pulmonary hypertension. Especially with the development of new ultrasound techniques, such as real-time three-dimensional ultrasound and strain, it can intuitively show the anatomy and function of the right heart, therefore can be a good qualitative and quantitative evaluation of right heart function of patients with pulmonary hypertension.
