溃疡性结肠炎（ UC）是世界范围内的一种难治性疾病，严重影响患者的生活质量，甚至危害其生命。目前西医药主要从控制炎症、减少复发、调节免疫等方面治疗UC，但对于患者的耐药性、过敏症状等不良反应，甚至药后加重等现象却束手无策。中医药治疗UC具有一定优势，疗效也并不亚于西药，且不良反应较小，所需费用较少。虽然中药的服用尚有不便之处，但已有不少疗效较好的现代中药新剂型也逐渐推向市面应用。现就中医药治疗UC的临床研究近况进行综述。%Ulcerative colitis ( UC) is a global refractory disease ,seriously affects the quality of life of patients ,and even endangers their lives .At present,western medicine is treating the disease mainly from the control of inflammation ,reducing recurrence ,and regulating immune ,which is often helpless for patients with drug resistance ,allergies and other side effects , and aggravation after medication .Traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) treatment of this disease has certain advantages ,the effect of which is no less than western medicine , but has less side effects and less costs .Although there is still certain inconvenience in the use of TCM , some good effective new formulations of modern Chinese medicine are emerging in the market.Here is to make a review of the current situation of clinical research on the treatment of UC with TCM .
