With the growing aging population ,the cerebral amyloid angiopathy associated cerebral hem-orrhage,a senile,non-traumatic and non-hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,has drawn more and more atten-tion from scholars at home and abroad,and numerous studies have been carried out.On its pathogenesis,″grow″theory is accepted by most scholars,and some scholars have studied it on the gene level;the main clin-ical symptom is cranial pressure,and its severity is closely related with the hemorrhage amount and site,and the current treatment research is about the etiological treatment and prevention , though surgery is still the main treatment.%随着人口老年化日益加剧，淀粉样血管相关性脑出血这一老年性、非外伤性、非高血压性脑出血越来越受到国内外学者的重视，并对此展开研究，在其发病机制上，“种植”学说为多数学者所认可，且有学者从基因层面对其进行研究；其临床症状主要表现为颅高压，其严重程度则与出血量及出血部位密切相关；在其治疗方面目前更多的是对其病因治疗的探寻及预防，但手术仍是目前主要的治疗方案。
