应激颗粒与疾病相关性研究进展

         

摘要

The formation of stress granule is a protection mechanism of cells:when eukaryotic cells are stimulated by various environmental factors,dense granule are formed in hyalomitome,with anti-oxidant and cell apoptosis inhibition function .P-bodies are another cytoplasmic RNP granule containing untranslated mRNA,translation repressor and mRNA degradation parts.There might be mMessenger ribonucleoproteins for the exchange between stress granules and P-bodies.Stress granules are also involved in neurodegenerative disease,virus infection disease and cancer.Clarifying the mechanisms of stress granules will help us to find new targets for the treatment of the related diseases .%应激颗粒的形成是细胞的一种保护机制,当真核细胞受到环境的刺激时,细胞胞质中形成的致密颗粒,即为应激颗粒,其具有抗氧化及抑制细胞凋亡的作用。 P小体是另一种细胞胞质中包含的未翻译mRNA、翻译阻遏物和一些mRNA降解结构的核糖核蛋白颗粒,其与应激颗粒之间可能存在信使核糖体蛋白颗粒的交换。此外,应激颗粒与神经退行性疾病、病毒感染疾病及肿瘤相关,明确应激颗粒机制有助于找到治疗应激颗粒相关疾病的新靶点。
