目的：分析N－乙酰半胱氨酸（ NAC）辅助治疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ COPD）急性加重期患者血清高敏C反应蛋白（ hs－CRP）及降钙素原（ PCT）的影响。方法选择2013年3月至2014年4月海南省人民医院收治的72例COPD急性加重期患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各36例。对照组患者实施β受体阻滞剂吸入和吸氧的常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上给予NAC颗粒剂，每日3次，每次200 mg。疗程均为15 d。治疗后比较两组患者的疗效及治疗前后hs－CRP及PCT的水平。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组[94.4％（34／36）比75.0％（27／36）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者hs－CRP 和 PCT水平低于对照组[（5.4±1.1） mg／L比（8.8±2.1） mg／L；（0.4±0.1）μg／L比（0.9±0.4）μg／L]，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。结论 COPD急性加重期患者采用 NAC辅助治疗，其血清hs－CRP及 PCT能得到明显改善，其疗效较好，值得广泛推广使用。%Objective To analyze the impact of original N-acetylcysteine ( NAC ) adjuvant therapy on serum high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and procalcitonin(PCT)in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Total of 72 cases of acute COPD admitted to Hainan Province People′s Hospital from Mar.2013 to Apr.2014 were included and divided into observation group(36 cases) and control group(36 cases) according to the random number table method.Conventional treatment andβblockers and oxygen inhalation were given to all patients, and the observation group was added NAC granules,3 times a day,200 mg per time.The treatment course was 15 d for all patients.The therapeutic efficacy of the two groups after treatment,serum hs-CRP and PCT levels of all patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group [ 94.4%( 34/36 ) vs 75.0%( 27/36 ) ] ( P <0.05 ) .After treatment, the hs-CRP and PCT levels of the observation group were lower than the control group [ ( 5.4 ±1.1 ) mg/L vs (8.8 ±2.1)mg/L;(0.4 ±0.1) μg/L vs (0.9 ±0.4) μg/L] (P <0.01).Conclusion COPD patients with acute exacerbation treated by NAC has a good effect,which can improve the serum hs-CRP and PCT of patients significantly,thus is worthy of promotion in clinical.
