The infection associated with biofilm caused by Staphylococcus is easy to be chronic and intracta-ble,and the reason is that Staphylococcus can escape from the antibiotics and host immune system by biofilm .The drug resistance induced by biofilm has aroused people′s concern recently,while the research about the interactions and mutual restriction between biofilm and host immune system has not.The immune system includes innate immu-nity and acquired immunity.The innate immunity depends on the immune barrier,immune cells and immune fac-tors.The acquired immunity relies on the immune cells recognizing the microorganisms and producing the antibodies.%葡萄球菌造成的生物膜相关性感染易于慢性化和顽固化，究其原因与生物膜形成后葡萄球菌抗生素耐药性增加和逃避宿主免疫防御有关。目前生物膜引起的耐药已引起人们的广泛关注，但关于生物膜与宿主免疫系统之间相互作用的研究还相对较少。机体免疫反应可分为固有免疫和获得性免疫，固有免疫主要包括一些免疫屏障、免疫分子及免疫细胞对微生物进行防御，获得性免疫则主要通过免疫细胞对微生物识别产生相应的抗体。
