Induced pluripotent stem cells(iPSCs) have wide application prospect in regeneration medi-cine because of its unique advantages.In recent years,a series of studies have discovered the chromatin modi-fying factors play indispensible roles both in stemness maintaining and somatic cell reprogramming process .In reprogramming process,inhibiting some chromatin modifying enzymes can improve the reprogramming effi-ciency,while knockdown or knockout of the chromatin modifying factors would result in retardation or failure of reprogramming process.Here is to make a review of the characteristics and mechanism of recently disco-vered chromatin modifying factors which play important roles in the process of iPSCs reprogramming .%诱导多能干细胞( iPSCs)因其独特优势在再生医学领域具有广泛的应用前景。近年来,一系列的研究发现染色质修饰因子对于干性的维持和促进重编程进程不可或缺。在重编程过程中抑制一些染色质修饰酶能提高重编程效率,而敲减或敲除一些染色质修饰因子则使重编程效率下降或不能实现重编程。该文就近几年发现的在iPSCs重编程过程中发挥重要作用的染色质修饰因子及其作用机制予以综述。
