盆腔炎性疾病(PID)是妇科常见病症,发病率高,且易反复发作,严重影响女性健康及生活质量.目前PID实验模型建模方法有多种,以动物模型居多.建立一个实用有效的实验模型对于PID的深入研究十分重要.从动物模型的实验动物选择、动物模型制备方法以及细胞模型的建立、应用等方面,就目前国内外PID实验模型的研究进展予以综述.%Pelvic inflammatory disease is a common gynecological disease, with high incidence and recurrence,which affects the health of women.There are many experimental models of pelvic inflammatory disease,and the major is the animal model.The establishment of a practical and effective experimental model is very important to the research of pelvic inflammatory disease.Here is the brief review of the current domestic and foreign experimental models of pelvic inflammatory disease from the perspectives of the experimental animal selection, preparation method and cell model establishment and application of the animal model.
